IMPLEMENTATION OF CLASS MANAGEMENT IN ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Research methods are the methods used by researchers to analyze data, symptoms, phenomena or facts about what will be researched. Education is a complex system and has many elements that must be present in it. Among these elements are students and educators (teachers). In the learning process, management is definitely needed which is related to the elements above. This research will discuss classroom management so that the objectives of the learning process are achieved, which will be discussed; class management problems, class management objectives, implementation of class management, and the urgency of class management. All of this is expected to be an effort to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes.
