KONSEP DASAR PROFESIONALISME GURU

The quality of education is greatly influenced by teacher
professionalism. In this article, there is a discussion of the basics of
teacher professionalism which includes pedagogical, professional,
social and personal skills. The power of professionalism does not only
rely on mastery of material, but also the ability to organize an effective
learning process, establish positive interactions with students, and
comply with professional ethics. Apart from that, this article also covers
various challenges that face increasing professionalism, such as
technological advances, curriculum changes, and the need for
constant competency improvement. By understanding the basic
provisions of professionalism, it is hoped that teachers can always
improve the quality of their teaching and make a good contribution to
students.
