Analysis of the Creative Economy in Boosting the Regional Economy

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of the creative economy in driving the regional economy. Furthermore, this study provides a conceptual contribution to strengthening regional strategies for creative economy development. The contribution of the creative economy subsector, the role of local governments, and their effects on GRDP and employment are the variables examined. A qualitative-descriptive literature study was used. Secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies , journals, and creativeeconomy reports. The results indicate that the creative economy is crucial for innovation, job creation, and increasing local competitiveness. The results indicate that strengthening policies, digital ecosystems, and access to financing are crucial to driving regional economic growth.
